Targeted more you mean sexually ? Men are the vast majority of people being assaulted and murdered. I think somewhere around 80% of the victims are male world wide.
Sexual abuse of males is often not reported due to the stigma attached.

Paints a bleak picture for males. Females might be more sexually abused but I dont think men have it that great either.
