Yes we have different words to identify each sex, but it is not for psychological purposes at all, its the biology of an animal that dictates the sex so you are wrong on that front. Women have muscles and a brain and bones just like men do, and females physiological differences to men are practically null.
I also don't think true equality will ever happen but that's not due to the physique or psyche of a woman but more the social acceptence from society, especially certain places in the world that are late to the party in recognizing that women are just as capable as men.
