Really hard to say without knowing much about our island nation.
What is VGC's economy based on? Energy? Agriculture? Industry? Commercial? Tourism? Banking?
What is the scale of our economy? Are we a major power like the United Kingdom or a tiny nation like, um, the Faroe Islands or something?
May seem pedantic, but my guess how most European countries think about it.
