Sony TVs aren't BAD, I just personally think I got a lot more for my money out of my samsung. The most important thing to me as a dedicated gamer is that I don't get jaggies on my PS2, GC, and Wii games, which would annoy me. There are some opinion factors involved in what TV to get.
