There's a level 80 tyrant Skell on an island in the near the north western corner of the map. It can be beaten with level 50 Skells and gravity weapons like G-Busters. 9999 experience every time.

No, one of the easiest high level tyrants, that's why I said it. 2 level 50 Skells with G-Busters and the fight should only last a few seconds. Or one Skell with a G-Buster and that weaker gravity weapon. Maybe even only 1 hit with Killer Mechanoid augment (easy to craft). "Return to Skell" to reset.
