Now this is fun, living in a country like Italy where the government is one of the most corrupted in the world (if not THE MOST corrupted) this is how the current political scene looks like:
Right: the most corrupted portion of the government, also pretty racist;
Left: Less corrupted but still REALLY corrupted and they have terrible bills;
Plus there is a jumble of minor parties that don't necerssarily recognize themselves in either side or in the middle that say they want to change the coutry but in the end when they are given the opportunity they get corrupted.
Also most of this minor parties have some extremely stupid plans that would take the country on the edge of the abyss (like if it wasn't already), just to name a few:
Movimento 5 Stelle (Five Star Popular Movement): This "party" started as a joke from the comedian Beppe Grillo who then decided to make it something serious, he currently is at the top of the party as well as beeing a blogger. The problem with this party is that their main goal is to get Italy out of the UE that by any point of view is like declaring Bankrupcy. also beeing a popular movement they aren't cohesive meaning that they are easily corruptible;
Lega Nord(North League): This party is just a mess: they first started as a right party but soon became something else saying that they want to Split Italy among North and South since they believe that the South is the only region that is corrupted (which *hint*hint* isn't true), then they said that they want to leave the UE too, then they said that they want to stop accepting immigrants (which isn't exactly the easyest thing to do when Italy is one of the neares countries to Africa), the only good proposal they made was to eliminate Gypsy fields since Gypsy people are saddly one of the strongest collaborators of mafia groups since they aren't technically Italian citizens so they are "protected" if they go against the italian law.

Luckily I'm too young to vote and I hope the political scene will change but the situation has been the same for more than 40 years now (excluding the latest parites I talked about of course...)
