My NES is in some sort of zombie state because of the dubious 72 pin connector, so it reads carts successfully about 40% of the time. Otherwise I got a GameGear for a few bucks that had a battery leak which corroded the springs. It's not a console but I've had a new wired 360 controller fall off my PC tower and then die, but otherwise everything else has been pretty good.
