Kuwait seems cool though. I would definitely visit.

Not the best destination for tourism, but It is a good place with a wonderful reputation worldwide. The only gulf country with a some degree of true democracy. "cool" is a accurate description. It is cool but not special. February should be fun, a month of festivals and national days with a lot of activities everywhere.
