You break your own first rule. Especially so for Nintendo. Anyway...
If porting is easy, yeah. They'll release plenty of 3rd party launch titles, sit and wait. Nintendo will have a strong 1 or 2 titles of their own, like a zelda with smaller titles to compliment it.
I'd say the NX has a good chance.
