0.0 I swear I put that rule into the OP when I first made it, urgh seems I didn't. When a Pokemon is growing to a level where it learns a new move it wont advance any further than that. It was a Psychic special, his next move is psychic (Physical at 36). Since it was a psychic special it doesn't really matter so I'll add in the next 8 mainly cause I foolishly forgot to add it into the OP.... urgh...
