I skimmed through this thread as quickly as possible... You're on PC? Otherwise I would love to play with you on PS4. I have the zombies mode down and its very engaging when you have A) 3 competent teammates and B) knowledge of the rituals, easter eggs and so on.
For competitive MP, I like to use ~
3 round SMG
Long barrel
Stock
Scavenger
Semtex
Ghost
Cold blooded (or whatever the other invisible one is)
And that should leave one slot open which is at your discretion, or remove cold blooded, add the perk that gives you a second main and equip a sniper for your secondary. Short, fast firefights with the SMG and long distance with the sniper + infinite ammo and sticky grenades with scavenger.
