Super Slim for the 500GB HDD. The 12GB HDD in Slim will not be enough if you want to play many games.
Also I suggest you play the God Of War trilogy, Uncharted trilogy and TLOU, fantastic games and some of the best on PS3! There are great Japanese games too like Demon's Souls which you can try out if you like Bloodborne.
