Actually he's probably correct.
I was doing research over the weekend on an unrelated matter but noticed the PS3 version was in the 99% range and X360 versionwas real close to 98%.
The PS3 version has dropped in basically a day to the 97% range and the X360 version dropped a little as well.
It's likely that all the "enthusiast" sites that would review the game asap would be the ones to rate them the highest while those with less enthusiasm would rate them well after launch such as now possibly leading to lower review scores.
