You editted your post after I had already Updated the OP. Recover is only a move for Deoxys, it is one of Deoxys' special moves. Mewtwo has aura Sphere and Psystrike. I am willing to allow you to use all your rare candies just this one time however, but be sure to include everything in your original post as I usally update right away.
