Well windows has their own exclusives(in the form of PC games) along with other game brands on it (like playstation). It also has no licensing fee, and competing stores like steam, gog and so on.

You can't really call something exclusive - when it has multiple brands of games on it, and multiple competing stores.

edit: also there is the obvious part about how something on more than one platform - can't by definition be exclusive.

That's why SFV, and recore are both under "timed/console" they are console exclusive, but not true exclusive.

Dunno what that means to say about PC exclusives then and the multiple OS's and stores they have spanned across.

Also PSP, PS3, PS2 probably shouldn't count either like at all.
