The game failed at launch, that's not a question. The game was discounted after this failed launch, that's not a question either (after a quick research, you were easily able to find it at $40 in December or even less, one month after release). And now they announce "okay" numbers. 

As were Black Ops III, Star Wars Battlefront, Fallout 4 its just the usualt BF week and holiday price drop sales.

 

^^^This, also Halo 4 back then was also discounted during the holidays even though it was selling amazingly well. He obviously has no idea what's he talking about LOL.
