As in it wont be about gameplay gameplay gameplay . stop . cutscene. stop. gameplay etc where gameplay holds no story merit.

TLoU does indeed have story that is interwoven into its gameplay segments.

That's literally exactly what TLoU is. Story isn't interwoven into gameplay at all. Isolated set pieces and a few voice clips of banter while the player is in control isn't "story interwoven into its gameplay." 90% of that game's plot progression happened in cutscenes. If you removed them, you wouldn't have a functioning narrative. With a game who's story was adequately or even remotely interwoven with its gameplay, that wouldn't and couldn't happen. Bioshock. Half Life. Metroid Prime. Super Metroid. Earthbound. Now Undertale. Those are examples of gameplay interwoven into story. TLoU is most definitely not. Most games aren't.

TLoU is a solid game, but let's not make shit up.
