You know what makes this REALLY sound fake? Ubisoft porting a 4 year old Assassin's Creed game to NX handheld.
If it were a Rayman collection of some kind (Legends + Adventure + Fiesta Run etc) - that may actually sound legit.

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
