Let's just say this is real (which I highly doubt it is), Wii U had a lot of great games from Ubisoft at its release. Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Zombie U, and the definitive version of Rayman Legends. Ubisoft could hardly help the fact that no one was buying. This is one of the 3rd parties I have absolutely no problem with. It's the freaking bullcrap EA done (Mass Effect 3 and not 1 and 2), Warner Bros (and the half assed Batman Arkham Origins with no online or last story mode dlc), and all those other companies who half assed ports of their games that ran at worse framerates, looked worse than, and didn't add all the content that pissed me off.

I can only hope and dream that Ubisoft gives half the fuck they gave Wii U early in its life to the NX. It's up to Nintendo to make sure the games sell.

How can Nintendo make their userbase to buy Ubi games? They could help advertise those games and even help porting some titles, but making the userbase suddenly interested is a whole different thing.

Well, while I agree that it isn't solely Nintendo's responsibility to sell Ubisoft games, I do believe wholeheartedly that it is 100% Nintendo's responsibility to get NX in as many peoples homes as possible. Having a good launch lineup or an amazing 6+ month lineup is crucial.

Next is Nintendo's need to advertise. This is a perfect example. http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/10/20/sony-unveils-new-live-action-ps4-advert

Now with the games shown in that commercial being from different dev companies and only the PS4 name being shown, I think it's safe to assume at least most of the money for that commercial is coming out of Playstation's pocket. But it shows a bunch of big budget games while ONLY referencing PS4 and not XBone. When these commercials air (which Playstation airs the most of any of the 3 companies) it builds hype.

Meanwhile Nintendo never advertises their 3rd party games and the 1st party game advertisements tend to look like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2JRs5pTSOU

Yeah, Nintendo needs to fix that and quick.

Third, Nintendo needs to make it dirt simple to port the games over, and it'd also benifit them to have the best versions of third party games. If they can get a console out at $300, beat the PS4 in terms of graphics and performance, have a strong launch line up, and advertise in a way that appeals to.... Well anyone at this point would be nice I could say that then the responsibility would solely be on Ubisoft.

All Ubisoft is really responsible at this point is to actually put effort in their games, don't remove content from the Wii U version, and have all the dlc available (which they did early for Wii U).
