First the source, 4Chan is not a reliable source.

Then there's the mention that they got NX dev kits in October 2015. We already discussed that leak in the past and Tachi proved it wrong by talking with other japanese devs who didn't received those dev kits.

Third is that Bucarest is only a studio, they aren't informed by Nintendo of When they will launch their consoles. Nintendo talks with Ubisoft and Ubisoft tells them when do they have to get their game done.

And last, they are owned by Ubisoft and it's Ubi who tells them what to do and for what platform. They have no real choice.
