Sadly I'd say with the current sales trajectory it won't. It would need another 4 years give or take, which I doubt it'll get. We can't really count on Japan, there it's already been very succesful, having beaten the GBA soundly and matched the PSP. The market has taken a huge hit in the west. I could see it get to 70m at most.
