I think MGS4 is probbaly one of the first games this generation that will actualy deserve a 10 , i'm sure the time and level of detail put into the game will result in some thing revolutionary.
But yeah I think 10's should only be handed out like every 3 or 4 years , games getting 10-20 10/10's is an absolute joke.
