I'd make sure to buy COD out of the sony contract (yes, it sounds greedy, but it drives sales). I'd make sure to also grab Mass Effect for 2016 (for the RPG gamers) as well as several other third parties. I'd also end the Halo franchise with Halo 6, and Gears at 4 or 5. I'd also make sure to get a slim-xbox ASAP, and cut the price to 299. I'd focus on marketing this device as a gamer platform, and try to earn people's trust back. I'd continue to add more title's for the backwards compatibilty list, and convince a few other third parties to join in (rockstar for example).
Too lazy to say everything here, but I'd definently stick to alot of what phil was doing, but also branch out a bit more.
Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
