Lots of great ideas here.

I'd just tweak a few things really, Phil has done a great job with what he has and should keep doing it.

Try and reduce costs, and improve revenue, so MS management don't sell the division off.

Make better decisions on which 3rd party games to partner with. This is an area where PS4 and Sony have been much better this generation.

2nd party will help fill out your software until your new studios get going. I'd say at least 2 are needed. Lionhead needs shaking up. Buying remedy would be a good fit, but they will need improving.

I'd get Oculus onto X1 to avoid being left behind if virtual reality takes off massively.
