Or email. I sent my tims gifts through email on steam and it all went smooth. But yes, things should be made easy for Santa. Why bother preparing an obstacle course on the chimney?

email is another good option to send the gifts, but knowing their account and wishlist makes it easier to know his/her tastes and what game(s) he/she like.
