The sensor bar is nothing but a strip of LEDs that the IR camera in the wiimote looks for. The cord from the sensor bar sends zero information to the Wii itself so the 360 would have to communicate with the wiimote itself using bluetooth (which the 360 doesn't have I don't think) not its own sensor bar and that isn't going to happen as Nintendo would be all over them.

That's why I state they'd need a doggle (like PS3 Guitar Hero) which plugs into a controller jack and does bluetooth.  It's been done already, and certainly wouldn't break any patents so that's not an issue either.
