It was not a great year, but there were some gems. Majora's Mask 3D was fantastic. I enjoyed playing Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. Splatoon was a lot of fun. And finally, Xenoblade Chronicles X is probably my GOTY, maybe of the gen. I can't wait to see what Monolith Soft can do with improved hardware at their disposal.
Also, it was cool getting an upgraded 3DS in the form of the New 3DS.
