On foot or with Skells? Level 30 or 50 Skells? Deal gravitational damage, he has bad resistance against that.
I did it with level 46 on foot, but you have to know what you're doing to be successful with that.
Easy method with level 50 Skells: equip your party with candid & credible armor with treasure sensor (or other armor with it) and fast travel to FN 406 to kill the guardian puges until they drop G Busters (deal gravitational damage). Choose "Return to Skell" that they respawn. There are weaker versions of the G Buster in the shop, but farming them for 5-10 minutes is better than paying 700K credits for an inferior version.
