If you guys really want to convert from € to USD, you might as well look for the exchange rates of when you had those expenses, otherwise it's pretty meaningless (unless you just want to inflate the number :P). The € has been getting stronger and stronger, the exchange rate wasn't always as big as now. You should also probably eliminate VAT from the prices, since American prices don't include VAT.
