Hardcore fans will buy it regardless of its art style. But mainstream gamers prefer "serious" graphics to cartoon graphics, as you have already admitted and as the weekly sales charts prove. Appealing only to a fanbase that can support 4-5 million sales is foolish when you can reach wider and sell better.

Your problem is that you are only thinking of what you want, rather than  what the market wants, which is Nintendo's problem also.

Hardcore will probably buy it regardless, but not everybody will be satisfied.I also said that not mainstream gamers don't want only "serious" graphics (I already mentioned to you examples). No, its not appeling to fanbase that can support 4-5 million sales if Zelda U is also NX launch title and great Zelda game, we are talking here about similar TP numbers.

Of Course I thinking what I want (same like you), Nintendo is thinking what people that buying their product wants and that's good thing, you constantly saying like that is bad thing but its not.

I'm not talking about what I want though. I like Zelda U's art style. I like it a lot. But I am divorcing my personal preferences from this and talking about what the market wants.
You can list as  many minority examples as you want, but the sales speak for themselves. In an average weekly sales chart, 8-10 of the top 10 have realistic/dark graphics. Of the top 5 selling games of this generation so far, not one has cartoon graphics.

And the Best Zelda sellers neither have cartoon graphics. Anyway, the good reception for Zelda HD is nothing compared to the excitement that Twilight Princess had.

Well after Wind Waker people thought Nintendo was going to stick to the cell shaded style, when TP was shown off that 'fear' was gone, we really don't how the hype for Zelda Wii U yet because other then The Game Awards 2014, it never was shown to people in person yet, and the fact that we haven't seen much footage yet and we still don't even have a legit trailer yet might have something to do with it.

From what I see Zelda Wii U has great hype so far and we will be able to see it at E3 2016.
