Then why do so many people prefer Minecraft over TLOU? Then why are there so many Minecraft clones yet no one copied TLOU? Why didn't it sell more on PS3? I mean Super Mario Galaxy sold more than double of what TLOU sold. I mean if it was hands down the best game of last gen then why didn't it perform better or have a bigger impact on the gaming industry?
Without a doubt Minecraft is the game of the last generation. It became a worldwide phenomenon like Pokémon before it. It came out of nowhere, just like Pokémon. It did new innovative things, just like Pokémon. It inspired countless of clones, just like Pokémon.
