Believe or not but devs can't make games only for people who hacked the system. It's all about officially faster clock. Homebrew means nothing... you can play GTA with pretty higher framerate. That's all.

Homebrew coders are whats keeping the PSP from sucking. - this is one of the dumbest statements I've heard for a long time...
