Can't sign into Steam and some sites have already stated Valve has pulled the plug and having checked my email inbox, no purchases have been made since the ones I made during Xmas eve.
At least I can still access my library in offline mode, though Valve is going to have to fess up about all of what transpired.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
