Cauldros, east of the huge building in the center of the map. There is a bunch of Petramands in the mid-50s (crab-like enemies similar to Forfexes). If you start the battle with a skell's backslash attack, half of their health will already be gone. If you have a full party of level 30 skells, each fight should only last a couple of seconds.
