Makes sense since it's mostly a popularity contest and 1 game was available on 3 platforms while the other only on 1.
Since PC and XBox One crowd are underrepresented here, we actually have a better feel of how those 2 games relate to one another.
I haven't played Bloodborne yet, but Witcher 3 didn't really give me a goty feel after completing it. Good game though.
