Vancouver, highest property crime in NA after Miami and i live there, well not really but like 15 min drive away And you could have all its suburbs too, like Richmond ( little China) Surrey ( Little India) New Westminster, delta, Langley that would be dope. and it is the 2nd biggest city in Western North America
