You don't have to pay any subscription to Sony or Microsoft to play any game on the system that I'm aware of? Unless you are on about multiplayer, which is optional?
Nintendo may well be free subscription wise which is a plus point, but its done zero for sales has it which shows that the vast majority either buy the Xbox or PS4 and either pay for live/PSN or don't. Either way, they aren't buying Wii U's.
