cases like this NEVER win. even the news report about this only could find a case in which someone made a similar ludicrous claim and got their court fees reimbursed (but nothing else)

its an illogical sort of case and has no standing in the court of law because an individual makes their own choices to purchase and view entertainment and spend time on it

no worries regarding the validity of this sort of case. you can sue for whatever you want but that doesn't mean anyone cares. that famous case of the Mcdonalds woman who got coffee spilled on her, I believe I heard that despite the original ruling she ended up not actually receiving the ridiculous amount she had sued for, or having to return it or something or other

the justice system in general might be a mess but you still cannot claim much if your complaint is based on your own actions and choices
