I don't have a problem with the UI itself. I don't find it complicated or confusing at all. It all is pretty much straight forward to me.
What I would really like, tho, is for simple apps (at least compared to a game), like Youtube, Spotify and Media Player, to not require to suspend a game to use them. For example, on most games, when I'm playing MP and I suspend it to start Spotify, I get kicked out of the lobby or the matchmaking is put on hold. GTA V being the worst case of all, because of how long the loading times of its online component are.
I mean if Xbox One can do that, and even do split screen with those apps without having to suspend the games, the PS4 should also be able to do it too.
