If all the DLC has been released prior to the PS4 version, just releasing a "complete" or "game of the year" edition as the standard PS4 release could make up for the year delay. Depending on the publishing agreement between Square Enix and Microsoft, SE could also re-release the Xbox One version with all the DLC and patches at the same time.
