Yoga is much harder than it looks, lot f core strength and flexibility there.
Example of work out this weekend.
7 Rounds:
10 clean and jerk at 85 lbs
10 push ups
20 bar hops
Rest For 5-10 mins
Do some work on squats, specifically front squats at 135 lbs doing 1 to 2 reps at a time focusing on breathing and form.

I have to mix in some cardio or I'd only lift. Censored face due to modesty.
