If you want to be stronger you have to set aside time. I would say having a program can be helpful so you go in each time with a goal and strategy. For example, mix up what mmuscles you work to avoid overexerting a single set. Also, don't feel guilty about rest days, muscles grow during recovery. Lastly, make sure to monitor diet, don't want to lose hard work in the gym by what you do in the kitchen. Good luck!
