I wanted to take 2 Casefans but I was over budget already, so I limited myself to one. I could have taken a cheaper Motherboard but I wanted to use one with M.2 support

Well, I have to apologise again for making you waste your time. Looking back, I think that I should have made the proposal earlier, but that's when I came with the idea.

That's a nice build, but it falls between our target budgets. The original idea was 3 builds of 700-1,000-1,300 €, with the 500 € one being an experiment that HoloDust did because why not and that I also did it for the same reason. 

By the way, with the extra 150 € I managed to make a build with an R9 390 and a better processor .
