You wake up one morning and read that Microsoft bought Sony, what do you do?

If I was a stock holder for Microsoft I would immediately start selling. Sony is doing great regarding playstation, insurance and that is about it.They lose way too much money in the other sectors to be considered valuable. Maybe if they drop all the dead weight first.
