Honestly, OP, if you think it's bad in America, go check out Europe right now; particularly France and Hungary. They make what's happening here look like child's play.
O/T: Definite overreaction, but at the same time...what exactly was the teacher expecting? You couldn't possibly have picked a worse sentence for them to copy down, especially with how sensitive of an issue Islam's supposed attempt to take over the west has become.
