FFVII Remake began development before FFVII for PS4 was announced (the PC Port I mean) and that was last year's PSX event. They said I think they were a year or two in development.

 

KH3 was showcased in 2013 but because of the mess that happened with FFXV and of course since he was working with FFVII remake - and the fact that the FF7 remake will be split in parts - its likely we'll see one part of FFVII before KH3.

Hope I'm wrong though! I'm more hyped for KH3 than FF7 ;p

You are correct, because Kitase is working on FF7, and he pumps out games. 2 years+ since his last major console game.
