Not sure if right place to put this. I want to make a gif, but most gif sites won't allow you to use videos longer than 10-15 minutes to clip from. I tried looking around and could not find a good place to be able to cut out a short clip from a video so I could make a gif of it.
Anyone here know? Thank you for any help.
