I wouldnt even considered any last-gen game to be a classic right now tbh, since it's just too early. But if i have to choose, here are my list:
IN NO ORDER:
Medieval II: total war. A Classic total war that even by today, considered by many as one of the best TBS/RTS game of alltimes.
God of War II. I know this is a PS2 game, but i considered any game released during 2006-2013 is last-gen/7th gen tbh.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. One of the best cinematic game dat i've ever played, No Doubt.
Metal gear solid 4: Gun's Patriots. It was supposed to be the FINAL Metal Gear Solid game in the series, and oh my oh my, how great it was :D!
Assassin's Creed: I really don't know what is more memorable, the awesome camera-assassinated, the twisted story or the repetitive sidequest missions, lol.
