Well, I liked it. It cribs way too much from the original trilogy, especially the first movie; it made me appreciate Phantom Menace a bit more in how Lucas attempted doing something different. I liked the new characters, save for the new *big* bad, he's kinda lame. Even for a JJ Abrams movie, SW7 is very by the numbers, but manages to be fun and make this long-time fan get misty eyed. The movie should have ended five minutes earlier than it did, but the fanboy in me is glad it didn't.
