You better apologize your face off and make sure he doesn't get depressed and tries to commit suicide (not joking here). Call their parents, explain how much of an asshole you were (probably are), apologize to them, and tell them to watch out for their son.
Letting him punching you really hard would be nice too.
What you did is shameful, but you, at least, regret it, and that's a start.
